Last week I filmed and edited a couple of short video clips for Ampersandance. They were shown as part of the performance between the individual dance pieces and were well-received by the cast and crew as well as the audience.
This little “Fly-on-the-wall” piece was my favourite. I love shooting in a theatre, there’s so much cool equipment to populate shots and there’s always little moments you can steal. I think it’s a location we all understand to a degree and hopefully I managed to make a couple of striking shots of the rehearsals turning into the more polished performance.
